Sources familiar with the surrender say former Newsday advertising and circulation veep Louis Sito has agreed to plead guilty to fraud charges and will cooperate with circ scandal investigators, report Robert E. Kessler and James T. Madore. Sito retired two years ago after Tribune Co. admitted the circ figures of Newsday and Hoy had been overstated.
