Four vanloads of bundled New York Posts were taken to a recycling plant at 6:30 a.m. Thursday without any attempt to distribute them, reports Richard T. Pienciak. Hours later, a truck containing another 10,000 still-bundled Posts was unloaded at a another recycling center. "The decision to dump the Posts en masse is even more puzzling as the papers had been sponsored by Nike and Jordan Brand, and were originally destined to be given away to consumers in the city," notes Pienciak.
