Barry Bonds' lawyer says he'll ask a judge to order that
Mark Fainaru-Wada and
Lance Williams -- authors of a new book about the Giants' slugger's alleged steroids use -- to turn over any profits they make.
Bob Egelko reports the lawyer will also ask a judge to initiate contempt proceedings "for the use of illegally obtained" grand jury transcripts and other documents that the SF Chron reporters used in writing their book. (
