The Baltimore Sun will increase staffing at one of its plants when it begins printing the Washington Times in September. The Sun notes that the announcement of its new printing job comes just days after Boscov's department store, one of the paper's larger advertisers, filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection and said it was closing stores in three Baltimore-area malls.
