Fewer than 0.05% of Orlando Sentinel readers complained about the bold redesign of their newspaper, according to the paper. Alan Mutter writes: "As of the close of business [Tuesday], 106 of the readers called, emailed or otherwise expressed their dissatisfaction with a widely watched makeover that was billed as a precursor of the revamps planned for each of the newspapers owned by Tribune Co."
