Us Weekly recently ran a "Fashion Police" page in which their critics pitted Courtney Love's daughter Frances Bean Cobain against Rumer Willis, the daughter of Demi Moore and Bruce Willis. "Ask the editors of these publications for an explanation [for celeb kids coveage] and they're either mute or coy," writes Monica Corcoran. Us Weekly editor Janice Min declines comment, while In Touch/Life & Style editor Michelle Lee only says: "We definitely have ethics when it comes to covering kids. Our stories aren't necessarily about the kids but what their parents are like."
