A judge excused two jurors who were fearful about their safety after their names were
published in Sunday's Connecticut Post. The defense attorney said: "I can barely put into words my disgust with the Connecticut Post. They have precluded [his client] from getting a fair trial by this journalistic misconduct." The prosecutor added: "This was an exercise of colossal misjudgment by the Connecticut Post."
