The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) says it will notify 2.2 million disaster aid recipients that it will be releasing their addresses to the news media after losing a lawsuit filed by newspapers. The agency, which was ordered by a court to divulge addresses but not names, says the effort to contact recipients will cost about $1.1 million. || Related
