Richard Perez-Pena says the reorganization represents a bid by new managing editor

Wall Street Journal Online managing editor
William Grueskin will be promoted to deputy managing editor of the newspaper, with a broad responsibility over news coverage in both the print Journal and on the Web site. He'll also oversee the domestic bureaus. ||
