The 18 former employees, all over 40, say in their
federal lawsuit against DMN parent Belo that they were told their positions were being eliminated, but later learned the jobs were filled with younger workers. A Belo spokesman says: "We're aware of the complaint and we believe the complaint is without merit and intend to defend against it vigorously." ||
