A bystander snapped this winning photo moments after a July 7, 2005 London bus bombing.
Yesterday the winners of the first-ever UK citizen photojournalism contest were announced in London. First place went to this picture, taken moments after a bomb exploded on bus in London's Tavistock Square on July 7, 2005.

BBC News reported, "The person who took the Tavistock Square photograph elected to remain anonymous and asked for the prize to be donated to one of the London bombings charities."

For more winning photos, see the contest Web site.
