Welcome to Maggoire!
The Maggiore beat is bordered on the north by the Northeast beat (at 5th Avenue South), on the east by the Southeast beat (at 4th Street South), on the South by Lake Maggiore and Boyd Hill Nature Preserve and on the west by the East of 34th Street beat (at 19th Street South). It is home to artists, alligators and the occasional St. Petersburg institution.

Walk around a little bit, and you'll see people celebrating rebirth, history and healing. Read some earlier stories about the beat here and here (and whole pages of stories here and here), but don't forget to check back on Wednesday, June 13, for a new perspective and new stories from Maggiore.
